The point is the two bigger ITC operators made the geo-vector THE main direction of their device and future market in information delivering.
Shortly the process is able to determine what you are "pointing" and making automatically a research on the web in order to deliver informations.
The great question now is who will constitute and control the data bases, the condition of constitution and delivering contents, and of course all associated services ?
But there is some problems

Percipio is much more than just a new gadget
It is a new and extremely powerful new paradigm !
Imagine the consequences of such device ?
Peoples coming in museum with a little device on the ears, connected to their cell phone in the pocket which even doesn't need to be in connection.
They will get all information free hand according what they look, their interest, the theme they chose .
They will get all E-services and enriched content at home in post production.
Who will be in charge of the contents ?
Who will get the benefit of all this activity ?

Percipio is working without any kind of manipulation, every one can use it
It "knows" what the visitor is looking, no need of supplementary informations such panel.
The system is sequencing and delivering informations according the user's real time interest.
Virtually, the number of Point Of Interest (POI) is unlimited, the
number of Point Of View (POV) for one POI is virtually unlimited, the information associated to a POV can be different each time, the
quantities of informations is virtually unlimited.
By recording automatically and continuously data's track, he system is able to send an enriched reconstitution, A very powerful vehicle for mediation and commercial valuation.
The purpose here is to discuss the possibles implications of devices based on the behavioral geovector and try to see what can be the future in Museum in particular and culture in general
Some general reminder
System based on behavioral geovector re-create a virtual universe (a meta-universe) from the real one around the user, while the user remains continuously at the center, the direction of his look constitute the orientation of the meta universe and his behavior, the multidimensional geometry of this universe.
The meta universe can take any form, from a simple description of the environment to a list of statistics, etc.
The system is autonomous, ie, it doesn't requires any kind of installation or additional equipment
The system acquisition's mode is behavioral in the general sense, means manipulation of the device, directly or indirectly, is not required.
The user can move completely freely, without limitations, the system is "following" and will interpret what the user is watching and what are the conditions of interest.
Then multimedia information can be broadcast in the appropriate format and sequence according the behavior.
The system can be used as a simple "following" guide: where I will go and what I will see, I will be informed
But the system is memorizing the path and can deliver informations according the path made, the POI viewed.
The system can propose a route for the visit considering objects previously seen and even takes in account the interest for what was seen
In another words, the museum can scripted different path for visiting according the way he (the museum) want to present the collection and inside this script, the visitor will "choose" with his/her interest.
In return, the museum will know precisely the impact of the script.
And will be able to enlarge the mediation and the relation by sending to the visitor threw Internet a reconstitution of his/her own visit, an enriched content, according his/her own point of view during his/her real visit and his/her preferences
In my opinion, we are just at the begining of the application of this concept.
The "geometry" of the meta-universe has no limit in term of dimension : parameters of the behavior.
A "inference engine" running on a personal device will integer as many parameters as wanted and will be able to format and sequences automatically contents directly downloaded from Internet.
Virtually the system can be completely autonomous materially and immaterially.
Every one can use it, everywhere and using all kind of contents downloaded from Internet or "homemade".
