About Me:
I'm the Evaluation & Visitor Research Manager at the Australian War Memorial in Canberra. I'm interested in museums, audiences, and what visitors bring and take with them from a visit or interaction. I'm also interested in the use of program theory and modelling to articulate what goes on during a visit (or any sort of program or intervention); leisure and tourism research; standards of evaluation; organisational learning; and the use of evaluation in helping organisations meet the diverse needs of audiences and customers.
