A possibly naive question - are there any especially popular visualisation tools/techniques to represent visitor pathways through museums/galleries? Any recommended reading in this area?

Have finally updated my Audience Research website to our new site - happy to hear feedback...

End of one blog and beginnings of another... Blogger has been great but it's time to move to the Museum's new site. Go here for more information and explanation.

To stuart DUNN
Yes there is such tool.
Not only the path but the way you are looking, the "visual behavior"
And it can reconstruct this path according your own point of view and preferences and send it to you threw Internet.
It's name is Percipio (see my page).
It is based on the geovector.
I will be delighted to discuss the issues with you

Yves, could you point to where we can find out about Percipio please (I could not find it on your page). Thanks, rob

The topic of on-site visitor research is of particular interest to us as we are developing digital survey systems, here is the first http://www.digitalview.com/digital-customer-questionnaires - it would be great to get comments as to the requirements for using this in museums.

Looking for case studies for an AAM panel discussion:

Hello! I am part of an AAM panel discussion called "Can Mobile Interpretation Also Be Mobile?" I'm looking for potential case studies that use mobile interpretation as well as a tracking method for its use. If you know of any examples (either your institution or another), we'd love to hear it. Or you can help out by taking a short survey:

Thank you!
