Looking for examples of Social Media to complement exhibitions

I'm doing research for an upcoming exhibition on peace and peace advocacy and looking for some great examples of use of social media tools (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter) for museum exhibitions that have succeeded in engaging people in stimulating discussions.
