what will the museum of the future be like?
Dear Museum 3.0 colleagues
On Friday 20 July, Museums Australia (Victoria) will be running a short seminar on new technology in museums and galleries at ACMI in Melbourne. The seminar will address how museums and galleries are exploring new ways to use technology to increase access to exhibitions and collections. The event will include some in-depth case studies combined with a series of short lightening talks.
We are currently calling for presenters for the lightning talks which have a maximum of 10 minutes in length.
Is your organisation using new technology to engage your audiences either on-site or online?
If you have a interesting example to present we would like to hear from you.
Please contact our event coordinator Bridget Forbes with your proposed presentation title and a 150 word summary. Submissions must be received by Thursday 7 June. Please note: due to time constraints we may not be able to accept all proposed presentations.
